Citizens on Patrol (C.O.P.), is one of the Miami Police Department volunteer programs developed as part of the HEROS (Helping Enforcement Reach Our Streets) project, it is designed to directly involve citizens in crime prevention. Please be advised that the Miami Police Department (M.P.D.) will be hosting the next Citizens’ Police Academy (C.P.A.) training in the Spring of 2018.
