Strategic Planning And Performance
The Strategic Planning and Performance Unit is assigned to the Support Services Section in the Administration Division. Personnel works as a liaison and change agent between the Department of Employee Relations and the Miami Police Department. Duties include submitting statistics for the Balanced Scorecard and other city initiatives.
