REQUEST A COPY OF INCIDENT OR ACCIDENT REPORT

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Records Unit located at 400 N.W. 2 Avenue is closed until further notice. The following portal is available to submit a request to receive a copy of a police or accident report ONLY. All other records request should be submitted thru the public records request system.

Once your request is submitted, please allow approximately three (3) - four (4) weeks for the request to be processed. Public Records requests can be denied based upon the law which exempts the disclosure of records to the public.
