BeatName The MPD police patrol zone in which the Block_Address is located. Note that this information reflects the police service area boundaries that were in place at the time of the call-for-service.
Neighborhood The MPD police patrol neighborhood in which the Block_Address is located. Note that this information reflects the police service area boundaries that were in place at the time of the call-for-service.
CaseNumber If a case report was completed by MPD pertaining to the call for service, the MPD case number will appear in this column. If no case report was taken by MPD, the column will be blank. Note that if a subject was arrested without a case report (such as for an outstanding warrant), that information would not be contained here.
Subject Report type or "signal"of the case report, which may or may not match the original call type, based on the circumstances of the incident. For example, if a citizen reports a robbery but the responding officer discovers that what occurred was actually a burglary, the IncidentType and ReportType will be different.
FLUCR Florida Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) code, which follows federal guidelines set by the FBI. Calls-for-service with an associated case report number will display a FLUCR code if the offense is reportable to the FBI. If not, this field will be blank. See https://www.fdle.state.fl.us/CJAB/UCR for more information and code definitions.
IBRCode Florida Incident-Based Reporting (IBR) code. IBR codes were implemented by MPD in mid-2022 and replaced UCR coding for most statistical purposes. Calls-for-service with an associated case report number after IBR implementation will display an IBR code if the offense is reportable to the FBI. If not, this field will be blank. See the FBI resource for additional information: https://ucr.fbi.gov/nibrs/2011/resources/nibrs-offense-codes
Zip_Code The 5-digit zip code associated with the call-for-service location. Note that this data was geocoded in 2024 and may not reflect the zip code at the time of the report, although zip code boundaries rarely change.
CommissionDistrict The MPD PoliceDistrict associated with the call for service. Note that this data was geocoded in 2024 and may not reflect the commission district number at the time of the report, as these boundaries have changed over time.
Longitude Longitude of the 100 block address in the Block_Address column. This is provided to assist with mapping the location, as needed.
Latitude Latitude of the 100 block address in the Block_Address column. This is provided to assist with mapping the location, as needed.
