Important Information: Reservation Process

• All requests for the Miami Police Athletic League Ice Cream Truck must be made at least 21 days before the event.

• Requests will be reviewed, and you will be contacted within 5 business days from the date your request is submitted.

Please note:

• Submission of a request does not guarantee reservation of the Miami Police Athletic League Ice Cream Truck.

• Reservations typically require approximately 10 business days to process.

• Requests submitted less than 10 business days prior to the event date may not be processed in time

Pricing

 

• Ice cream cost: $0.88 per ice cream

• (Maximum 500 ice creams per request)

• A non-refundable $25 reservation fee is required to reserve the Miami Police Athletic League Ice Cream Truck.

 

​Cancelation Policy

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow for proper notification and scheduling adjustments.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Truck Placement Requirements

 

• The Miami Police Athletic League Ice Cream Truck must be placed in an accessible location that allows for:

• Safe setup

• Easy entry and exit

• Adequate operational space

• The truck will remain onsite until all ice cream has been distributed or until the event concludes, whichever comes first.

Unforeseen Circumstances

 

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified if we must cancel or reschedule your reservation.

Payment & Final Confirmation

 

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the requestor will receive:

 

• A final invoice

• Reservation confirmation

• ​Payment instructions

• All fees must be paid to the Miami Police Athletic League. The Miami Police Athletic League, Inc. is a 501c3, not-for-profit organization
